pROJECT BRIEF
This is a type-driven PSA project for Be My Eyes app. Be My Eyes is a program designed for visually impaired people to call and video volunteers in real time when they need help.
Concept development
For this project I mainly used a black background with a blurred glow to simulate the feeling of the perspective of the visually impaired people. At the same time, since Braille is made up of dots, I matched the sound processing with circular shapes. I also used Braille to interact with the volunteers during the phone calls part.

I imagine a world filled with details, but sometimes, my world needs a little help.

"The light is green now. The crosswalk is right in front of you—it's safe to go."
"I think this red dress would be perfect for your party today!"
"This medication should be taken after meals, three times a day, one pill each time."

font choice
For the font I chose ITC ERA, because the whole project is about the online app and ITC ERA has a clean, technological design. At the same time, I wanted to emphasize the warmth of the app, and the slight curve of ITC ERA could give it a gentle, humanistic feel.
